I met a few of my former coworkers for our semi-monthly get-together, which was the first time for a couple of us. I arrived first, by 11:30 am, and there were only a few tables filled so far. The place looks like it's been around for a while. Very low key vibe, nothing fancy. I ordered #5 pho dac biet (rare, flank, fat brisket, tendon, and meatball). The server asks if you want thin or thick noodles. I chose the thin noodles. Our orders came out fairly quickly. The flavor was very good and had a good balance of meat and noodles. By the time we finished eating, the place was packed; and there were people waiting to be seated. During the time we were eating and people started coming in, it got so noisy that we could barely hear each other talk. The restaurant was at the far end of the center, and there was ample parking. I will definitely come back and try their other items.

Second time coming here. I heard about this place from a friend. I went with a few friends on a Saturday afternoon. There was no wait and plenty tables were available. However, I felt that my table was a bit small, and I think the interior is in need of minor improvements. Good lighting inside. I was very happy with my experience! I really enjoyed my meal! The tables are clean. There is one restroom and it's clean as well. We were able to get to go boxes and check out quickly. Parking is available in the parking lot outside. Will come again! For reference, I ordered #58 in the picture.

The reviews on here about time and service are comedic. 1. I've never waited longer than 10 mins for my meal to arrive. 2. If you're in a rush they have a really good take out system. Just call ahead and put in your order. With that said this places has the best broken rice plates in the entire Bay Area. Ive been eating here for over a decade and the food has been consistently good for as long as I can remember. I usually get the rice plate with the skewers because you get more bang for your buck in terms of protein to rice. Usually places skimp out on their portions when you order to-go, but Thien Huong doesn't. Im constantly left splitting one order into two parts because there is just soooo much to eat and I can have it for two meals. Overall, would highly recommend the most underrated broken rice place in the Bay. Would also recommend getting take out for those lazy days.

Came here with some co-workers. I think this is the same place as the one on Silver Creek and Capital. Anyways it wasn't too busy. Bu service was a bit slow. I got one of their rice plates with bbq pork, fried shrimp cake and a small salad. It also came with some fish sauce and a bowl of broth. It's a lot of food. But it was quite yummy. The pork was super flavorful. The fish cake could've been a bit more crispy. But otherwise everything overall was yummy. I ended up taking half of the meal home for later. It was about $23 including the tax and tip. They also have pho at this location. And it's a steal at about $13. I'll have to come back to try the pho.

I wasn't super hungry so I was craving something light -- like spring rolls! Quality-wise, these were excellent! Fresh ingredients throughout! The peanut sauce was good, but I like mine thicker - so a lot of it sticks to the spring roll. It comes down to quality versus quantity today. Here, you get two very good but smaller spring rolls for $7.00, but the quality was excellent. Other nearby restaurants serve either three decent larger rolls for $7.50 (with thicker peanut sauce) or four good smallish rolls for $9.00. I guess the taste test continues. Plentiful parking is available in a large lot.
